Insourcing framework

Labor Cr Olly Arkins introduced an Insourcing Framework motion, which I proudly seconded, delivering on our campaign commitment to fight to bring more council services back in-house.

While it was amended into a weaker form we couldn’t support, it still passed and will change how Council evaluates service delivery, keeping the door open for stronger public services in the future.
